This mission is taken very seriously. In a 250 acre industrial park owned by KCDC, five acres have been purchased by CCX. FIA Corporation (Futaba Indiana of America) has built a 500,000 square ft. advanced manufacturing facility to produce internal frame parts for Toyota's Princeton, Indiana plant on 30 acres, Farbest Foods' $70 million + new facility is underway and the Vincennes Township Fire Department has a station on the property, providing complete hazmat and emergency sevices onsite should tenants have need.
